No complaints or need for improvement on the 3 thing we ordered. We had wonton noodle soup, Hainan chicken and Nuro wings. Wontons were monster sized and meaty; noodles weren't overdone and had proper "crunch" required of these Cantonese-styled soup noodles; and the broth was clean and clear and tasty. Hainan chicken was tender and each of the 3 sauces were distinctly different and tasted better than you would expect each to taste. The sauces taste housemade and not premade. The Nuro wings were piping hot and crispy with again another sauce that tasted better than expected. It reminded me of a lime and fish sauce vinaigrette.

They close at 8, and those in the know are well aware as there were several take out customers  picking up as we left close to 8 on a Friday night. When we pulled up, we were the only car in the parking lot and there were no customers seated. If it weren't for the reviews, we might have thought twice about  it. Glad we trusted Yelpers because it was great. If you are a fan of any of these 3 dishes, at least, you won't be disappointed.

Nuro was our first stop to Vegas before we hit The Weeknd of debauchery and sinful delectables!
My fellow yelpers did not disappoint with this one!
My Hubby is a huge fan of Hainese Chicken and even before I left LA, I chose Nuro to be our first meal in Vegas!

Everything is perfectly portioned! We had of course their Hainese Chicken, Chicken Noodle Soup and their Nuro Chicken Wings~~ Or should I say like another fellow helper put it "Crack Wings!"
Hainese Chicken was succulent and perfectly poached, the accompanying rice was beautifully fragrant with the perfect ginger and chicken stock, so delish, my Hubby asked for another bowl!

I had the chicken noodle soup, plain on its own but kicked it up with their in house made chili/black bean paste & oil! After I scooped this sauce in, it was Yummy as AF!

The Nuro Wings was definitely spot on with the perfect amount of seasoning of salt & pepper and coated splendidly, without the excess! Superb!

We left here savoring every bite & sip, without feeling heavy & bloated!
Thanks Nuro! We'll look forward to see you every time we are in Vegas!

Overall: Nuro Bistro is a cute shop, but the food is not good enough to convince me to drive across town for it, even if I'm craving Hainan Chicken. It's ok but it should be a lot better since they only make these chicken dishes.

    Food: 3

Hainan Chicken Rice: Although an okay rendition, it's something I'd expect of a restaurant that served more than just this dish. For me, this dish should have flavors and an aroma that packs a punch--a knockout. The rice should taste gingery and full of chicken, but Nuro's version lacked the super flavorful rice that can be eaten on its own. Even the fish sauce was lacking. It tasted watered down and flavorless.

Chicken Noodle Soup: Again, this is a dish that should have enough flavor to serve a knockout. The soup should taste like chicken and ginger essence, but this seemed like a basic chicken broth. The chicken was decently cooked though.

    Service: 4

The waitress was pretty nice and super patient while we tried to figure out our order even though it was close to closing time. They never rushed out throughout our dinner.

    Ambiance: 5

Nuro Bistro is a little shop in an unassuming plaza. It's easily missed, but it's very cute on the inside.

Sunday afternoon and this place was full house as they deserve it. My favorite 3 dishes: dark chicken, century egg and pork congee, and 6  piece won ton soup were all delicious.
    Service was fast and friendly.
